Residential zoning consolidation

Adopted

The zoning amendment reduces the range of one-family, two-family and small-lot residential zones to three types: small-lot, one- and two-family, and lakeshore residential. This simplifies the City’s residential zoning framework and determines which rules apply to properties in those areas.
