    Greater Victoria library operating agreement

    The 2017–2020 agreement sets how the Greater Victoria Public Library and participating municipalities will manage library services, budgets and municipal contributions. Contributions are calculated half by converted assessment value and half by population; the new term also uses one final budget submission.
