Yes this will still have the PTE for YMCA for Bylaw 2241 unless you make any changes to the Bylaw

Hi Curtis, please find below a list of folios and their corresponding ownerships for the 2027 roll year:

Folio #01-327-06385084: Main ownership is City of Langford, Occupier is YMCA-YMCA of Greater Victoria (this is the previous folio that existed and will require a permissive exemption, but was give one previously under Bylaw BL2241) Just confirming this folio WILL still have a PTE for the YMCA in 2027 as that is the last year of Bylaw 2241?
Folio #01-327-06385093: Main ownership is the City of Langford. This folio is valuing the Library and is getting the exempt tax code 79: Municipal Property Occupied By Library, CC220(1)(d)(ii), See Also ETC11. So this folio will not require a permissive exemption. Perfect, I will no longer worry about providing a PTE for the library.
Foli #01-327-06385098: Main ownership is Victoria Conservatory of Music, occupying the City of Langford property within the Rec Plex. This is a new folio for the 2027 roll year and will require a new permissive exemption from the City of Langford. Want to confirm that the Main ownership is the City of Langford and that the occupier is the Victoria Conservatory of Music? (maybe this is just terminology but I would have expected it would mirror your statement with the YMCA) Also, I will ensure this new folio/legals are included in an amending bylaw for 2241 so that it receives its final year PTE from the original 2241 bylaw.
Folio #01-327-06385092: Main ownership is Dr Evan Ayers Inc. This is an occupier folio and this folio is now fully taxed as business class 06 and exempt tax code 00 (fully taxable). perfect

We spoke a few weeks back regarding the PID 029-892-449. I wanted to reach out to see if there has been any progress made on splitting this one PID into four for 2027?

I only ask due to the relating permissive tax exemption and library exemption we spoke about. I am just wanting to ensure I have everything in order.
