A Bylaw to amend the City of Langford Official Community Plan No. 2200 by deleting and replacing Maps 6, 10, 11, and 12; inserting updated and existing Development Permit Area Guidelines; and making related housekeeping amendments; as well as to amend Zoning Bylaw No. 300 by deleting the existing Development Permit Area Guidelines; amending definitions; and inserting regulations for garden and carriage suites, landscaping and screening, and townhouse and apartment uses.
Every parcel of land within the City of Langford is affected by Bylaw No. 2268.
