TEMPORARY USE PERMIT

TUP25-0003 – 116-832 McCallum Road

Staff Recommendation (verbatim)

That Temporary Use Permit No. TUP25-0003 be issued by the Council for the City of Langford to Ahura Yurchenko to operate a bakery at 116-832 McCallum Road, pursuant to section 493 of the Local Government Act, and subject to the following:

1. Conditions
   The following requirements be imposed pursuant to section 493 of the Local Government Act: a) That the Temporary Use Permit be issued or a period of three years;
   b) That the operator of the business obtain approval from the Building Department for Tenant Improvements;
   c) That the operator of the business obtain a Business License from the City; and
   d) That the Temporary Use Permit may not be renewed if off-street parking becomes a problem due to the bakery use.
