A BYLAW TO AMEND “CITY OF LANGFORD PERMISSIVE TAX EXEMPTION BYLAW NO. 2147, 2023”

The Council of the City of Langford, in open meeting assembled, hereby enacts as follows:

City of Langford Permissive Tax Exemption Bylaw No. 2147, 2023, is amended as follows:

(a) By deleting section 1 (xlvii.) in its entirety and replacing it with section 1 (xlvii.) as follows:
