CITY OF LANGFORD
DEVELOPMENT VARIANCE PERMIT

That Development Variance Permit No. DVP23-0004 be issued by Council for the City of Langford to Kelsey Waller on behalf of 2621 Sooke Developments Ltd to vary the maximum fence height from 1.8 m (5.9 ft) to 2.7 m (9 ft) along the interior side lot lines adjoining 2617 Sooke Road at 2621 Sooke Road subject to the following terms and conditions:

1. Appendix

The site shall be developed in accordance with the site plan attached (Appendix A).

2. Variances

The following regulations of Zoning Bylaw No. 300 be varied pursuant to section 498 of the Local Government Act:

a) That Section 3.21.03(4)(a) of Zoning Bylaw No. 300 be varied to increase the height of a fence along those interior side lot lines adjoining 2617 Sooke Road from 1.8 m (5.9 ft) to 2.7 m (9 ft).
