9.3 Award of Construction Contract Bear Mountain Parkway Phase 3 Roadworks

THAT Council award the construction contract for the Bear Mountain Parkway Phase 3 Roadworks to Milestone Equipment Contracting Ltd. for an amount of $4,481,424.00 plus GST and fund the project with Developers funding under agreement with the City for payment of the works.
AND
THAT Council approve the Contribution Agreement to recover costs for the Bear Mountain Parkway Phase 3 Roadworks from the Developers.

9.4 Lease Renewal for Pavline by ICE Inc. for 315 - 877 Goldstream Avenue
