BYLAW NO. 1959
A BYLAW TO AMEND THE DEVELOPMENT COST CHARGE BYLAW

The Council of the City of Langford, in open meeting assembled, enacts as follows:

1. City of Langford Development Cost Charge Bylaw No. 1700 is amended as follows:

i) By amending recital (d)(i) to the following:
related to capital costs attributable to projects included in the City's capital expenditure bylaw, including projects described in Schedule “B” attached to and forming part of this Bylaw;

ii) By amending Section 2(c) to the following:
Development cost charges for storm drainage are imposed only on DCC Contributing Lands indicated by shading on Schedule “C”.

iii) By amending the opening words of Section 4 to the following:
A charge is payable in respect of every event under Tables 1(A) and 1(B) of Schedule “A”, provided that:

iv) By amending Schedule “A” as follows:

• By removing Table 1(A) – Roads
• By renumbering existing Table 1(B) to become new Table 1(A)
• By renumbering existing Table 1(c) to become new Table 1(B)

v) By removing existing Schedule “B” City of Langford Road-DCC Program Projects May (Bylaw 1700)

vi) By removing existing Schedule “C” the Langford Road DCC Project List

vii) By removing existing Schedule “D” City of Langford Road DCC Contributing Lands Map (Bylaw 1700)

viii) By renumbering Existing Schedule “E” 2017 Storm Drainage DCC Project List to become new Schedule “B”

ix) By renumbering Existing Schedule “F” City of Langford Storm DCC Contributing Lands Map (Bylaw 1700) to become new Schedule “C”

2. This Bylaw may be cited as “Development Cost Charge Bylaw No. 1700, 2017 Amendment No. 3, 2021”.
