BYLAW NO. 1953
A BYLAW TO AMEND BYLAW NO. 300,
“LANGFORD ZONING BYLAW, 1999"

The Council of the City of Langford, in open meeting assembled, hereby enacts as follows:

A.

Langford Zoning Bylaw No. 300, 1999 is amended as follows:

1. By inserting the following into Section 6.65.01 and renumbering subsequent articles accordingly:

“(3) Automobile rental and sale facility, major;
(4) Automobile rental and sale facility, minor;
(5) Automobile repair and service facility, major;
(6) Automobile repair and service facility, minor;
(11) Catering;
(16) Fitness centre;
(19) Industrial use, general;”

B.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Langford Zoning Bylaw, Amendment No. 615, (BP3 (Business Park 3 – Amy Rd), Bylaw No. 1953, 2021".
