BYLAW NO. 1955
A BYLAW TO AMEND BYLAW NO. 1200,
“LANGFORD OFFICIAL COMMUNITY PLAN BYLAW, 2008"

The Council of the City of Langford, in open meeting assembled, hereby enacts as follows:

A. Amendments to Langford Official Community Plan Bylaw No. 1200, 2008

By deleting from the Business or Light Industrial designation and adding to Neighbourhood designation a portion of the property legally described as LOT A SECTIONS 2 AND 3 RANGE 3 WEST HIGHLAND DISTRICT PLAN VIP53467 EXCEPT PLANS EPP55578 AND EPP64255, PID No. 017-612-675 (2207 Millstream Rd ) in the portions as shown shaded on Plan No. 1 attached to and forming part of this Bylaw;
By deleting from the Neighbourhood designation and adding to Business or Light Industrial designation the properties legally described as THAT PART OF SECTION 2 RANGE 3 WEST HIGHLAND DISTRICT SHOWN ON PLAN EPP64254 PID 030-085-519 (formerly Hordon Rd), LOT 9, SECTION 2, RANGE 3 WEST, HIGHLAND DISTRICT, PLAN 8693 PID 000-727-881 (2213 Millstream Rd), LOT 8, SECTION 2, RANGE 3 WEST, HIGHLAND DISTRICT, PLAN 8693 PID 005-418-101(2217 Millstream Rd) in the portions as shown shaded on Plan No. 1 attached to and forming part of this Bylaw.

B. Citation

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Langford Official Community Plan Bylaw, Amendment No. 42, (2207 Millstream Rd), Bylaw No. 1955, 2021".
