Message: Received City of Langford's Feb 8th, meeting notice regarding a submission to file # DVP20-0012. Allowing all visitor parking to be located off site. This is a large concern with two condo buildings . As the side streets once again will be full of parked cars and the mall across the street I am sure visitor's will be parking in their lot as well ? My understanding for all condo developments they're suppose to supple adequate amount of visitor parking on site which if very important. Living in two condo's and being one at and now at the we have always had on site parking. Many owners have two vehicles in their family or as a couple and we still find that the second vehicle is being parked off site already. My concern is two condo units 100-200 extra vehicles off site , then their visitors . The area will start to look like west hills ask the fire department how easy it is to get around all the parked vehicles on the road ? sincerly .
