A forwarded email to the Langford planning director asking whether the proposal only involves lots 1365 and 2885 and expressing concern that other shaded grey areas (along Lake End Rd) — important bogs — are not being considered for protection.

good morning Matthew;

I am just writing to confirm that the proposal for Hotel / townhouses only involves the areas marked 1365 and 2885?

My concern is that the other Shaded Grey areas (along Lake End rd) aren't being considered for any development? These areas are one of

the last large bogs that filter the run off to the lake.

thank you for your attention and time.

take care and stay safe
