Good Day to you all,

My name is I live at . with my wife . We purchased our house here on Hansen Ave. in 2013. We love the area as it's close to Thetis Lake and all that it offers, we wanted to buy away from the inner city and all it comes with, good and bad. To the point.

My wife and I are not in favor of the plan to put a seven townhome project on our street. With all the changes that have gone on very close to us, on Bellamy link for example. Not to mention all the condo suites at Millstream and Treanor. When is it time to put a limit on the development of our neighborhood? I'm all for change and evolving with the times. BUT, I didn't purchase my house on a street with town homes for a reason. More cars, as most use garages for storage, these cars would be on the street, more people in a very small space, all from my front door. No Thankyou! I would like to see my street remain a street of single family homes. If this goes through, who's going to be the next neighbor to sell they're home so a developer can cram a townhome or condo project on the property. We are most definitely against the proposed 7 Townhome project at 595 Hansen Ave. in Thetis Heights.

Sincerely,
