Overview
In accordance with section 127 of the Community Charter and Procedure Bylaw No. 819, Council is required to adopt and advertise a schedule of Council and committee meetings annually on or before January 31st.
Recommendation
That Council adopt the 2020 Council and Committee meeting schedule and advertise as required by the Community Charter.

- January 6th and 20th
- February 3rd and 18th
- March 2nd and 16th
- April 6th and 20th
- May 4th and 19th
- June 1st and 15th
- July 20th
- August 17th
- September 8th and 21st
- October 5th and 19th
- November 2nd and 16th
- December 7th and 21st
All regularly scheduled Council meetings are held at 5:30 p.m. in the Council Chambers of the City Hall, 3rd Floor, 877 Goldstream Avenue, unless posted otherwise.
2020 Standing Committee Meetings
- Planning, Zoning, & Affordable Housing – 2nd and 4th Monday @ 5:30 pm
- Administration & Finance – 2nd Tuesday @ 4:45 p.m.
- Transportation & Public Works – 2nd Tuesday @ 5:30 p.m.
- Parks, Recreation, Culture & Beautification – 4th Thursday @ 5:00 p.m.
- Protective Services – 4th Tuesday @ 5:00 p.m.
