Page 128–130

Background

The City received a Bike BC grant for the completion of the Humpback Irwin Road Trail Connector. This is a paved multi-use path connecting the pathway near the Westhills Play Park/West Shore Parkway through Irwin Park, out onto Irwin Road, adjacent to Irwin Road and then north up Humpback Road all the way to Sooke Lake Road. The purpose of this report is to seek Council pre-approval to award to the lowest compliant bidder for the completion of the Bike BC project.

A project drawing is attached to this report.
