BYLAW NO. 1808 - Langford Zoning Bylaw, Amendment No. 548 (2786 Wenger Terrace), 2018
The Council of the City of Langford, in open meeting assembled, hereby enacts as follows:
A. Langford Zoning Bylaw No. 300, 1999 is amended as follows:
By deleting the existing text within subsection 6.27.01(5) and replacing it with the following: “secondary suite in a one family dwelling on lots with areas greater than or equal to 550 m2, except for on the property legally described as LOT 1, SECTION 116, ESQUIMALT DISTRICT, PLAN 22391, PID No. 003-239-276 (2786 Wenger Terrace) wherein the lot size may be equal to or greater than 400 m2, in accordance with Section 3.08”;
By deleting from the R2 (One- and Two-Family Residential) Zone and adding to RS3 (Residential Small Lot 3) Zone the property legally described as LOT 1, SECTION 116, ESQUIMALT DISTRICT, PLAN 22391, PID No. 003-239-276 (2786 Wenger Terrace) in the portions as shown shaded on Plan No. 1 attached to and forming part of this Bylaw.
By adding the following to Table 1 of Schedule AD:
