BYLAW NO. 1717
A BYLAW TO AMEND BYLAW NO. 300, “LANGFORD ZONING BYLAW, 1999"
The Council of the City of Langford, in open meeting assembled, hereby enacts as follows:
A. Langford Zoning Bylaw No. 300, 1999 is amended as follows:
- By amending the text of “Area 2” of the CD6 (Comprehensive Development 6 – Bear Mountain) Zone by adding the following to Section 6.95.01(2) of Zoning Bylaw No. 300:
“Townhouses on the property legally described as Lot 2, Section 1, Range 4W, Highland District, Plan VIP83411 (See Plan as to limited access), PID No. 027-170-829 (2500 Echo Valley Rd), subject to Section 6.95.04(9).
- By adding the following as Section 6.95.04(9):
“Townhouses on the property legally described as Lot 2, Section 1, Range 4W, Highland District, Plan VIP83411 (See Plan as to limited access), PID No. 027-170-829 (2500 Echo Valley Rd) may be developed to a maximum density of 50 dwelling units per hectare (20 dwelling units per acre).
B. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Langford Zoning Bylaw, Amendment No. 507, (2500 Echo Valley Dr), 2017".
