CITY OF LANGFORD BYLAW NO. 1744 (Langford Zoning Bylaw, Amendment No. 510, (1177 Goldstream Ave), 2017)
The Council of the City of Langford, in open meeting assembled, hereby enacts as follows:
A. Amendments to Langford Zoning Bylaw No. 300, 1999
By removing from the R1 (One Family Residential) and adding to RM2A (Attached Housing) Zone the property legally described as AMENDED LOT 2 (DD 163574-I), SECTION 85, ESQUIMALT DISTRICT, PLAN 885, PID No. 008-239-339 (1177 Goldstream Ave) in the portions as shown shaded on Plan No. 1 attached to and forming part of this Bylaw.
By adding the following to Table 1 of Schedule AD:
