That Administration and Finance Committee recommend to Council: That Council:
Approve the City of Langford disbursements from September 2017 to January 2018, as outlined in the Accounts Payable Report dated January 31, 2018.

2. 2018-2022 General Government Five-Year Financial Plan
Staff Report (Finance)
That Administration and Finance Committee recommend to Council: That Council:
Approve in principle the General Government Five Year Financial Plan for 2018-2022 as presented in the staff report dated February 13, 2018 and refer it to the Director of Finance for inclusion in the consolidated Financial Plan.
