BYLAW NO. 1649 – Langford Zoning Bylaw, Amendment No. 461 (2285 Bellamy Rd), 2016
A BYLAW TO AMEND BYLAW NO. 300, “LANGFORD ZONING BYLAW, 1999"
The Council of the City of Langford, in open meeting assembled, hereby enacts as follows:
A. Amendments to Langford Zoning Bylaw No. 300, 1999
By adding the following as Section 6.40.01 (13) and renumbering subsequent sections accordingly: "On land legally described as Lot 29, Section 1, Range 2 West, Highland District, Plan 13385 a group day care limited to a capacity of 41 children and a dance studio are permitted uses;"
By adding the following line to Table 1 of Section 4.01.01:
