BYLAW NO. 1659 - Langford Speed Limit Bylaw, Amendment No. 5, 2016
A BYLAW TO AMEND BYLAW NO. 1175
"A BYLAW TO REGULATE VEHICLULAR SPEED IN THE CITY OF LANGFORD"
The Council of the City of Langford, in open meeting assembled, enacts the following:
- Bylaw No. 1175 “A Bylaw to Regulate Vehicular Speed in the City of Langford” is amended as follows:
i. REMOVE FROM SECTION 1:
- Leigh Road (South of Dunford Avenue)
ii. ADD TO SECTION 1:
- Leigh Place
iii. REPLACE Schedule “A” with the attached Schedule “A”
- This Bylaw may be cited as “Langford Speed Limit Bylaw, Amendment No. 5, Bylaw No. 1659, 2016”.
READ A FIRST TIME this 3rd day of October, 2016.
READ A SECOND TIME this 3rd day of October, 2016.
READ A THIRD TIME this 3rd day of October, 2016.
ADOPTED this 17th day of October, 2016.
