    Bear Mountain Parkway roadway construction

    The city directed staff to work with the developer group on the ultimate roadway configuration of Bear Mountain Parkway from Flint Avenue to Marble Drive. The contract was to go to the lowest compliant bidder, subject to funding agreements.
