## BYLAW NO. 2279 — A BYLAW TO AMEND BYLAW NO. 300, “LANGFORD ZONING BYLAW, 1999"

The Council of the City of Langford, in open meeting assembled, hereby enacts as follows:

1. Langford Zoning Bylaw No. 300, 1999 is amended as follows:

   a) By deleting from the Rural Residential (RR5) Zone and adding to the Residential Townhouse (RT3) Zone the property legally described as Lot 2, Section 84, Esquimalt District, Plan VIP86631, PID No. 027-919-030 (953 Walfred Road); as shown shaded on Schedule A attached to and forming part of this Bylaw.

   b) By adding the following as Section 6.31.01 (5), and renumbering accordingly:

   “Apartment, on land legally described as Lot 2, Section 84, Esquimalt District, Plan VIP86631, PID No. 027-919-030 (953 Walfred Road)

   c) This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Langford Zoning Bylaw No. 300, Amendment No. 763 (953 Walfred Road), Bylaw No. 2279, 2026".
