### A BYLAW TO AMEND BYLAW NO. 300, “LANGFORD ZONING BYLAW, 1999"

The Council of the City of Langford, in open meeting assembled, hereby enacts as follows:

### A. Amendments

Langford Zoning Bylaw No. 300, 1999 is amended as follows:

a) By deleting from the R2 (One- and Two-Family Residential) Zone and adding to the RM6 (Six-Storey Residential) Zone the properties legally described as:

1. Lot 8, Section 72, Esquimalt District, Plan 17235, PID No. 000-815-683 (715 Massie Drive);
2. Lot 9, Section 72, Esquimalt District, Plan 17235, PID No. 003-928-284 (709 and 711 Massie Drive);
3. Strata Lot A, Section 72, Esquimalt District, Strata Plan VIS3036, PID No. 018-573-665 (721 Massie Drive); and
4. Strata Lot B, Section 72, Esquimalt District, Strata Plan VIS036, PID No. 018-573-673 (719 Massie Drive).

as shown shaded on Schedule A attached to and forming part of this Bylaw.

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Langford Zoning Bylaw No. 300, Amendment No. 752 (709, 711, 715, 719, 721 Massie Drive), Bylaw No. 2236, 2026".
