## POLICY: APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA

1. The Agenda for meetings of Council and Council in Committee of the Whole shall include thereon the caption "Approval of the Agenda."
2. The Mayor when reaching this topic on the Agenda will either announce, or call upon the Clerk-Administrator to present any additional items required to be placed on the Agenda for consideration by Council.
3. The concurrence of Council to place the additional items on the agenda shall be confirmed by the passage of a resolution approving the agenda as amended, and the additional items shall be recorded in the minutes of the meeting as being placed thereon.
