## AGENDA TIMING

1. The cut-off for agenda items will be 4:30 p.m. on the Wednesday preceding the Council or Standing Committee Meeting date.

2. The agenda package will be bound for Council and Senior Staff and be delivered on or before 4:30 p.m. of the Friday preceding the Council or Standing Committee Meeting date.

3. To formulate positions and/or recommendations relative to matters on the Agenda of a Council or Standing Committees Meeting, the Clerk-Administrator will review the Agendas with the Mayor or Committee Chair.
