### BYLAW NO. 2252

A BYLAW TO AMEND BYLAW NO. 300, “LANGFORD ZONING BYLAW, 1999"

The Council of the City of Langford, in open meeting assembled, hereby enacts as follows:

A. Langford Zoning Bylaw No. 300, 1999 is amended as follows:

1. By adding as Section 6.22.01(5) and renumbering the following:
   (5) “Group daycare without the proprietor occupying the dwelling unit, despite Section 3.16.02(1), on the property legally described as Lot 27, Section 5, Esquimalt District, Plan 16167 (2773 Strathmore Road);

B. This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Langford Zoning Bylaw No. 300, Amendment No. 756 (R2 Text Amendment to Allow a Daycare), Bylaw No. 2252, 2026".
