2025 Consolidated Financial Statements

EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Attached are the 2025 Draft Consolidated Financial Statements prepared by City staff pursuant to the provisions of the Community Charter, and in accordance with Canadian Public Sector Accounting Standards for local governments as recommended by the Public Sector Accounting Board of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Canada. The financial statements have been audited by KPMG LLP.

Before the auditor’s report can be issued and the financial statements finalized, approval of the statements by Council is required.

OPTIONS

Option 1
THAT Council approve the 2025 Audited Consolidated Financial Statements as presented.
OR Option 2
THAT Council not approve the 2025 Audited Consolidated Financial Statements as presented.
