1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Goodmanson called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm.
2. TERRITORIAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Councillor Guiry read the City of Langford's Territorial Acknowledgment.
3. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA
MOVED BY: HARDER
SECONDED: GUIRY
THAT Council approve the agenda as presented.
Motion CARRIED.
4. IN CAMERA RESOLUTION
MOVED BY: MORLEY
SECONDED: GUIRY
THAT Council close the meeting at 6:00 pm to the public pursuant to section 90 (1) (l) of the Community Charter to consider:
- discussions with municipal officers and employees respecting municipal objectives, measures and progress reports for the purposes of preparing an annual report under section 98 [annual municipal report].
Motion CARRIED.

THAT Council adjourn the meeting.
