CALL TO ORDER The Chair called the meeting to order at 7:04 pm. ### 2. TERRITORIAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT Councillor Morley read the City of Langford's Territorial Acknowledgment. M. Watmough, Corporate Officer, provided information regarding the opportunities for public input during the 2026 budget process. ### 3.
