1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Goodmanson called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.
2. TERRITORIAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Councillor Szpak read the City of Langford's Territorial Acknowledgment.
3. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA
MOVED BY: GUIRY
SECONDED: HARDER
THAT Council approve the agenda as presented.
Motion CARRIED.
4. IN CAMERA RESOLUTION
MOVED BY: YACUCHA
SECONDED: HARDER
THAT Council close the meeting at 7:01 pm to the public pursuant to section 90 (1) (a) of the Community Charter to consider:
· personal information about an identifiable individual who holds or is being considered for a position as an officer, employee or agent of the municipality or another position appointed by the municipality.
Motion CARRIED.
5. ADJOURNMENT

THAT Council adjourn the meeting.
Mayor Goodmanson adjourned the meeting at 7:38 pm.
