### 1. CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Goodmanson called the meeting to order at 5:01 pm.

### 2. TERRITORIAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Councillor Szpak read the City of Langford's Territorial Acknowledgment.

### 3. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA
MOVED BY: YACUCHA  
SECONDED: SZPAK

THAT Council approve the agenda as presented.  
Motion CARRIED.

### 4. IN CAMERA RESOLUTION
MOVED BY: YACUCHA  
SECONDED: HARDER

THAT Council close the meeting to the public pursuant to section 90 (1) (l) of the Community Charter to consider:  
·  
discussions with municipal officers and employees respecting municipal objectives, measures and progress reports for the purposes of preparing an annual report under section 98 [annual municipal report].  
Motion CARRIED.
