### 1. CALL TO ORDER
The Chair called the meeting to order at 1:11 pm.

### 2. TERRITORIAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
Councillor Yacucha read the City of Langford's Territorial Acknowledgment.

### 3. MEETING CONDUCT RULES
M. Watmough, Corporate Officer, read the City of Langford's meeting conduct rules.

### 4. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA

#### 5.1 2025 - 2029 Draft 5-Year Financial Plan
M. Dillabaugh, Director of Finance provided a brief overview of the 2025 budget meeting schedule.

### PUBLIC PARTICIPATION
Mayor Goodmanson opened public participation at 1:17 pm.

  - Speaker inquired about correspondence and questions sent to budget2025@langford.ca.  
  - Speaker expressed concern about the budget survey results, interpretation of answers, and the ability to send multiple responses to the survey.
