## Temporary Use Permit TUP24-0002 – 3301 Woodruff Road

That Temporary Use Permit No. TUP24-0002 is issued by the Council for the City of Langford to Vortex Engineering Inc. on behalf of Keycorp Industrial Developments Ltd. Inc. No BC0965167 and 1106670 BC Ltd. (Beecher Bay First nation) to Develop a FedEx Freight Mobile Dock Facility on the land legally described as Lot B, Sections 96 and 97, Metchosin District, Plan EPP69605, PID No. 030-095-883 (3301 Woodruff Road) and Lot C, Sections 93, 96 and 97, Metchosin District, Plan EPP69605, PID No. 030-095-891, pursuant to section 493 of the Local Government Act, and subject to the following terms and conditions:

### 1. Conditions

The following requirements are imposed under Section 493 of the Local Government Act:

a) That the temporary use permit is issued for a period of three years from time of issuance;

b) That the operator of the business obtains a Business Licence from the City of Langford; and

c) That road access to the site is provided to the satisfaction of the Director of Engineering and the Fire Chief, prior to the issuance of a Business Licence.

### 2. Expiry

That the Temporary Use Permit is issued for a period of three years and will expire on 3 September 2027.
