1. CALL TO ORDER
The Chair called the meeting to order at 7:00 pm.
The Chair acknowledged receipt of a letter of resignation from Committee Member S. Klaver. The vacancy will be advertised and filled.
2. TERRITORIAL ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
C. Foxall, Committee Member, read the City of Langford's Territorial Acknowledgment.
3. MEETING CONDUCT RULES
M. Watmough, Director of Legislative & Protective Services, read the City of Langford's meeting conduct rules.
4. PRESENTATIONS
4.1 South Island Disc Golf Presentation
R. Thomas, President of the South Island Disc Golf Society provided a presentation to the Committee.
