Amendment 1. By deleting from the “Business or Light Industrial” designation and adding to the “Neighbourhood” designation the property legally described as Lot A, Sections 2 and 3 Range 3 West, Highland District Plan VIP53467, Except Plans EPP55578, EPP64255, and EPP111153, PID No. 017-612-675 (2207 Millstream Road) forming part of this Bylaw. ### B.
