Can you please provide me with the Following information:
2023 actuals (e.g. the most current year to date amounts subject to change) for each of the Revenue and Expenditure lines in the 2024 - 2028 Fiscal plan that has been provided to the Council and Public.
A copy of the 2023 operating reports for the YMCA, as specified under section 4.8 the Services Agreement between the YMCA and the City of Langford.
A summary of the total number of new City staff positions being requested and their funding impact by year on the 2024 - 2028 Fiscal plan.
A breakdown of the cost of the Strategic Plan initiatives for 2024. Specifically, I would like to know the total cost that will be attributed to consultants vs city staff.
I would like this information before end of day today in order to be prepared for the public participation at tonight’s council meeting.
