### Body
Greetings,

Hi there. I attended both last week’s and this week’s Committee of the Whole meetings where the 2024 budget and the 5-Year plan were released to the council and the public. During last week’s meetings, in addition to the introduction given by Mr. Dillabough, there were 3 more presentations: from the Westshore RCMP, from Langford Fire Services, and from the municipal bylaw enforcement department. I see that the main presentation from last week is in the list of budget-related documents on the website; is there a chance that the three presentations from those delegations will also be uploaded to the website? If not, why not?

Thanks so kindly in advance for the information.

Warmest regards,
Trisha
