As indicated by Mike Dillabaugh, there are several expenditures that do not have an impact on general tax increases as they are funded through other sources.
That said, can you please provide me with a list of the expenditures indicated in the 2024 financial plan that are funded by specific revenue sources (and not general revenue)? Please include which revenue sources these expenditures are funded by.
