The Chair called the meeting to order at 2:02 pm.

M. Watmough, Corporate Officer read the City of Langford's Territorial Acknowledgment.

THAT the Committee of the Whole adopt the minutes of the Committee of the Whole meeting held September 26, 2023.

5.1 CRD Regional Water Supply DCC Program
Representatives from the CRD presented material regarding the Regional Water Supply DCC Program to the Committee of the Whole for information.
Mayor Goodmanson opened the floor to questions and comments from the Committee.
CRD representatives and City Staff responded.

6.1 Proposed CRD RWS DCC Program
