Staff Report: Desmond Drive - Road Closure and Park Dedication
Staff recommend Council consider closing a portion of Desmond Drive (road right-of-way) and dedicating it as park, with proposed enhancements around the existing stormwater pond and coordination with Engineering for pedestrian connectivity.
