## BACKGROUND

On January 10, 2022, Council adopted Bylaw No. 2013 to authorize the registration of a housing agreement for the property at 1365 Goldstream Ave (which has since been readdressed to 1361 and 1371 Goldstream Ave).

This Housing Agreement requires 30% of the units within the buildings constructed on the property to be sold within the City’s Attainable Home Ownership Program (“the Program”), which amounts to a total of 37 attainable units. It was subsequently agreed that these 37 units would be allocated as follows:
