AND THAT Committee of the Whole recommend that Council direct City staff to obtain a comprehensive legal, governance, funding and service level review with respect to any potential benefits, trade-offs, or implications for Langford residents should a new Regional Transportation Service or Authority be established and that this review be endeavoured to be completed by the September 11, 2023 Committee of the Whole meeting.
