Mayor Goodmanson called the meeting to order at 1:42 pm.

3. APPROVAL OF THE AGENDA

THAT Council close the meeting to the public pursuant to section 90 (1) (i) of the Community Charter to consider: • the receipt of advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose.
