Existing Tree Removal Letter for,
Station Ave. Mixed-Use Development, Langford, B.C.
To whom it may concern,
Calid Services Ltd. is providing professional landscape architectural services for the above mixed-use development project. The project will include the construction of an underground parkade approximately 300mm inside of the property line (see sketch plan attached).
As shown on the attached plan, the existing site trees are within the proposed parkade area. As such, the existing site trees will be removed. Six (6) new boulevard trees are proposed. The developer will provide cash-in-lieu for the additional required replacement trees. An evergreen hedge will also be planted along the south property boundary in a raised planter to further screen the development.
I have attached a copy of the proposed landscape plan along with a mark up of the surveyed site trees.
If you have any questions regarding this letter or would like to discuss further, please contact me.
Yours truly,
Calid Services Ltd.
