Langford Zoning Bylaw No. 300, 1999 is amended as follows: 1. By adding the following as Section 6.95A.03(4) and renumbering subsequent sections accordingly: > “(4) Despite Article 6.95A.03(3), the density of townhouses may not exceed one dwelling unit per 214 m2 > (2,314.2 ft2) of lot area on the property legally described as LOT A SECTION 82 HIGHLAND DISTRICT PLAN > VIP81958 EXCEPT PART IN PLAN EPP42751 (2089 Champion’s Way).” B.
