With a goal of achieving a sustainable community, these proposed changes to the zoning, will enable:

The creation of highly desirable employment lands for Langford and the overall Greater Victoria Region
Expansion of employment opportunities and residential housing market growth for Langford residents
Address the critically low supply of light industrial space
Currently Greater Victoria has the lowest industrial vacancy in the country at 0.2% as of Q1 2022 based on Colliers Victoria Q1 2022 Industrial Report
Lack of space puts upward pressure on lease rates and sale prices, hindering local businesses economic growth

I/We agree the proposed uses fit well into the needs of the community and we look forward to seeing this project come to fruition.
