BYLAW NO. 2095 (Road Closure Bylaw No. 1916 Amendment No. 1 — portion of Goldstream Avenue and Leigh Road)

ROAD CLOSURE BYLAW NO. 2095, 2022

(portion of Goldstream Avenue and Leigh Road)

The Council of the City of Langford, in open meeting assembled, hereby enacts as follows:

1. Langford Road Closure Bylaw No. 1916, 2020 (the “Bylaw”) is amended as follows:

   a. By deleting ‘Schedule “A” – Road Closure Plan EPP100734’ from the Bylaw and replacing it with the amended “Schedule “A” – Road Closure Plan EPP100734” appended hereto.

   b. By deleting the following from section 2 of the Bylaw: “the 0.07 hectares of highway, which was dedicated as highway by Plans 8198, 8988, 22423 and VIP84403 Sections 79 and 99, Esquimalt District, labelled “Road to be Closed” on the Road Closure Plan” and replacing it with the following: “that portion of highway comprising a total of approximately 202.7 m2 (2181.8 ft2), which was dedicated as highway by Plan 8198 Sections 79 and 99, Esquimalt District, shown outlined in a bold black line and labelled “Road to be Closed” on the reference plan EPP100734 prepared by Powell & Associates, BCLS, a reduced copy of which is attached hereto as Schedule “A”;”

   c. This Bylaw may be cited as “Road Closure Bylaw 1916, Amendment No. 1 (portion of Goldstream Avenue and Leigh Road), Bylaw No. 2095, 2022.”
