### A BYLAW TO AMEND BYLAW NO. 300, “LANGFORD ZONING BYLAW, 1999"

The Council of the City of Langford, in open meeting assembled, hereby enacts as follows:

### A. Amendments to Langford Zoning Bylaw No. 300, 1999

1. By adding to Section 4.01.01 within the Industrial section the following:

   Light industrial uses in Area A of the MUE1 Zone 1 per 100 m2 (1,076 ft2) GFA

2. By deleting Section 6.53.03(4) and renumbering the following sections;

3. By deleting Schedule AJ and replacing it with the map attached to this bylaw as Schedule B.

### B. Citation

This Bylaw may be cited for all purposes as “Langford Zoning Bylaw, Amendment No. 654, (2750 Leigh Road), Bylaw No. 2028, 2022".
